Your keys are retained (non-identifiable to the address) safe within our care.
We inspect your property on a weekly basis checking and testing the following:
Electricity, lights, alarm systems, water supply, drainage, windows, doors and all access points.
In bad weather, your property will receive an extra check to ensure that there is no damage, blocked guttering, overfilled pools or tiles missing from your roof
We will contact you to ask you if you wish to go ahead with individual repairs unless the repair is an emergency.
In the event of emergency repairs such as, burst pipes, dangerous electrical faults, gas leaks, etc. being needed, we will use money from a deposit of 300 euros, provided by you and held in a company holding bank account.
Swimming pools, gardens, tennis courts maintained where necessary.
We will make sure service charges relating to your property such as, water, electricity, community charges, rubbish collection, telephone and annual taxes, are paid promptly on your behalf.
